How can I request custom measurements for my strap?
Please leave some necessary information so we can work on your strap in the Notes section when checking out the cart.
- Strap size ( It is the width between lugs)
- Buckle size if you want to use your original buckle or clasp. If you don’t leave a request then we will follow the standard.
- Strap length or your wrist size
- The stitching color. If you don’t leave a request then we will do like the picture.
- If you have a request about the shape of the strap, thickness, padding or flatness, or any other requirements, please also leave a note to let us know. If you have no special requirements, you can skip this section.
* WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
– My products are guaranteed to be 100% genuine leather and will have a warranty for defects in workmanship and refunds if the products are not made according to the customer’s requirements.
So when Customers receive the product, I would love to hear feedback from you and will definitely give a reasonable solution if anything happens to the product as well as any problems occurring during shipping.
